As storm recovery continues, we are aware that the outage map is not showing some customers who are still without power. Our internal systems for identifying outages and prioritizing restorations are still functioning. We are working hard to reconcile the outages shown on the map. Please continue to report outages, as needed.

We are also aware of some estimated restoration times showing as expired or incorrect on the outage map.

We have internal teams working to resolve these issues—we know it’s frustrating for customers who are trying to make plans.

We will continue to work around the clock until power is restored to all customers.

Damage assessment and restoration efforts continue

Crews and hundreds of support staff continue their around-the-clock work to restore power to those who remain out as a result of yesterday’s damaging windstorm.

When crews arrive on site, please give them space to work safely.

The PSE Foundation provides charitable grants to nonprofit organizations helping keep our vibrant communities safe, supported, and thriving. None of our corporate giving from PSE nor funding provided by PSE Foundation ever come from PSE ratepayers. Tribal Relations

PSE works in partnership with sovereign tribal nations to ensure we are our customers’ energy partner of choice and to reach our goal of getting Beyond Net Zero Carbon by 2045. Through our work, we foster trusted, long-lasting relationships with the tribal nations in our service territory through proactive outreach. We engage regularly and proactively with tribal communities and tribal organizations to find creative opportunities for collaboration. As a company we consistently work to increase tribal relations acumen to support the development of processes and policies that create a new model for our industry. Community Spotlight: Community Support and Non-Profit Giving

Community Affairs bolsters the efforts of local non-profits to combat our region’s most pressing issues. We are thrilled to partner with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Puget Sound, and we had the honor of presenting them with a BIG check for $30,000. This exciting contribution will fund activities that support the mental health and physical well-being of young people in BBBSPS mentoring programs including activities like their annual picnic and special outings for youth-mentor matches.
